To make a Payment, follow these steps:

• Go to your CFPS app and tap the Send funds button.
• Select the Within Europe option.
• Choose the account you want to send your money from and enter the desired amount. After that, you’ll see the fee applied to your transfer.
• Tap Continue and fill in all the required fields with your recipient’s account details.
• Confirm the transfer with your passcode.
• All done! Your money will reach the recipient’s account immediately.

Payments are not supported in the following European countries:

A virtual card is an electronic equivalent of a physical debit card that is issued and stored in the mobile app on your phone. The virtual card has its own unique 16-digit card number, 3-digit CVV code and expiry date – just like physical cards. The virtual card can be used to pay not only online, but also in physical stores using Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Your free CFPS virtual card is created in your CFPS app with a few taps and can be added to your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet. We don't charge any monthly or maintenance fees and allow you to block and reissue your virtual card up to 3 times per month for extra security.

A Global transfer is a method used by financial institutions to securely send and receive money internationally, which is operated via SWIFT. SWIFT stands for Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication. It provides a network that allows member banks and financial institutions to communicate and transfer funds using a unique identification code called a SWIFT code.

To make a Global transfer, follow these steps:

• Go to your CFPS app and tap the Send funds button.
• Select the Internationally option.
• Choose the account you want to send your money from and enter the desired amount. After that, you'll see the fee applied to your transfer.
• Tap Continue and fill in all the required fields with your recipient's account details.
• Confirm the transfer with your passcode.
• All done! Your money will reach the recipient's account within 1–5 business days.

Generally, a Global transfer takes 1–5 business days to complete. The actual time may be influenced by factors such as the participating banks, the destination country, any intermediary banks involved, and the accuracy of the information provided for the transfer.

You can send money to other CFPS users via Payments or Global transfer. To make a Payment or a Global transfer, tap "Send funds" on the Home screen, choose the right option (Within Europe / Internationally), and follow the instructions. All transfers between CFPS users are free of charge.

Yes, a Global transfer is considered safe. The SWIFT system ensures secure and efficient communication between financial institutions, allowing them to exchange information and electronic messages about financial transactions. SWIFT does not hold or transfer funds but acts as a messenger between banks. It provides a unique code, known as a SWIFT code, to identify each institution, ensuring accurate and secure cross-border payments.

We take a fixed €25 fee for outgoing Global transfers, while all incoming transfers are free.
