How can I close my account?

If you’d still like to close your account, you can do this by contacting Unlimit – the financial institution that issued the account. More information about Unlimit can be found on its website: https://www.unlimit.com/.
For account closure, we kindly ask you to contact Unlimit directly using your registered email at support.baas@unlimit.com. They will provide you with the necessary closure form to complete. Please note that submitting this form is a mandatory step for account closure.

Can I use my card if the account is closed?
No, you cannot use your virtual debit card with the account closed.
